- Incorporate gentle movement, mindfulness and yoga to help balance your body, mind and emotions

If you have any nutrition questions, or need help in a particular area, now is the time to ask! This call is a great time to discuss modifications to meal plans, substitutions for food allergies, how to modify an eating plan to accommodate exercise and any other questions you may have!
- 30-minute introduction call where we discuss the challenges you are facing and work together to set up a plan that works for you.
- A personalized 20+ page action plan with food and nutrient guidance, meal suggestions and recipes to help you reach your goals, which we can revise as needed.
- Email/text support for the four weeks following the receipt of your plan.
- Weekly email check-ins, to see how you’re doing, and to make adjustments along the way!
- Optional yoga and Ayurveda lifestyle add-ons

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Evaluation & Plan
- A personalized assessment to determine your individual constitution and imbalances
- You will receive a 10+ page plan with lifestyle and diet suggestions tailored specifically to you, based on your constitution, current imbalances, environment and goals.
Personalized Yoga Sequence
- Individualized yoga sequence, tailored to your specific needs and goals
- If combined with the ayurvedic lifestyle evaluation, the yoga sequence will also be tailored to your constitution and current imbalances
Individual Yoga Sessions
- A one-on-one video call where we go over your personalized yoga sequence, demonstrating each pose and going over modifications (though this is not a full class)
- 20 minutes
One-On-One Yoga Class
- A full individual class where we practice your specific, customized yoga plan together
- I will practice along with you, offering modifications and corrections to your form
- After the practice, we can modify the sequence, as needed
- 45 minutes
